A 6/12 Stage, week to week wellbeing, self-care & appreciation program for teens
What if the way we are moving, speaking and thinking about ourselves is making us feel anxious, unhappy or possibly even unwell?
How do we de-construct the images that we have about ourselves both in our behaviours and in how we feel in the world?
What are the core beliefs we hold that stand in the way of us being connected to our inner confidence?
WHO ARE WE?
Love Camp is designed for Teenagers to support them with developing a foundational relationship with themselves (and therefore others). It has been developed to support them through the discovering of the many simple ways to self-care, self-nurture and self-love & ultimately self-recognise. This program builds confidence & self worth.

About the Facilitator
Working with Adults & Teens for 30 years in the Fashion, Retail & Complementary to Medicine Health industries, Professional Image Consultant Kathryn Fortuna says

How it works?
Through inclusive, collaborative and supportive group work this program is based on the principle that we are already enough. It asks us to shed what gets in the way and deepen our appreciation that then in turn supports our foundations.
